Helmet freebie with Cricket NSW and McDonald's
Masuri In The Community (MITC) has provided 1,500 helmets with StemGuard neck protectors for junior clubs in a collaboration with Cricket NSW and McDonald’s.
The programme helps 224 of the state’s metro and regional clubs supply young players with the latest safety equipment.
Lillian Tartaglia, NSW Business Development Manager for McDonald’s, said: ‘As part of our support for grassroots sport across Australia we’re delighted to provide equipment that assists safety and an ac tive lifestyle.’
Masuri CEO Sam Miller said: ‘We are committed to manufacturing stronger, safer, protective kit for players of all ages. We are pleased to play our part in this programme.’
Cricket NSW CEO Andrew Jones added: ‘This partnership means all junior clubs across the state have the opportunity for their team to play in the latest in helmet technology.’
